WKS Organization Accounts are designed for established labels, distributors, and music organizations managing large-scale catalogs and multiple artists.

To qualify for an Organization Account, applicants should meet the following requirements:

1. 1. Minimum Catalog Size

   The organization must manage a catalog of at least 5,000 active tracks.

   WKS may request catalog reports, DSP links, metadata exports, or other documentation to verify the catalog size and ownership or management rights.

2. 2. DSP Agreements

   Organizations with their own direct agreements with DSPs and digital platforms are preferred.

   However, having direct DSP agreements is not mandatory. Organizations without their own agreements may use WKS's existing distribution agreements and delivery infrastructure, subject to WKS approval and applicable commercial terms.

3. 3. KYC / KYB Verification

   All Organization Accounts must successfully complete WKS's KYC/KYB verification process.

   This may include:

   • Company registration documents
   • Proof of company ownership
   • Authorized representative identification
   • Company address verification
   • Banking and payout information
   • Tax information, where applicable
   • Ultimate Beneficial Owner (UBO) information

   WKS may request additional documentation where necessary for compliance purposes.

4. 4. Rights & Catalog Ownership

   The organization must have the necessary rights, licenses, or authorization to distribute and monetize all content delivered through WKS.

   Applicants may be required to provide supporting documentation demonstrating their rights to represent specific artists, labels, or catalogs.

5. 5. Catalog & Metadata Standards

   Catalogs must comply with WKS technical, metadata, artwork, audio, and delivery requirements, as well as applicable DSP policies and industry standards.

   Repeated copyright violations, fraudulent streaming activity, misleading metadata, unauthorized content, or artificial manipulation may result in rejection or suspension of the Organization Account.

6. 6. Compliance Review

   Organization Accounts are subject to an internal review by WKS.

   Meeting the minimum requirements does not automatically guarantee approval. WKS may evaluate the applicant's catalog, business activity, rights documentation, compliance history, and operational structure before activating the account.

7. 7. Additional Verification

   WKS reserves the right to request additional information or documentation at any stage to verify the organization's catalog, business operations, rights ownership, or compliance status.
